Men's Hormone Therapy
This membership currently excludes pellet therapy.
Basic Membership
Includes a monthly check-in with our provider and prescription for injectable/topical testosterone therapy mailed directly to your house; however, you are responsible for the cost of the medication from the pharmacy. Includes lab review and follow-up appointments to discuss management and changes. Labs required are not included in this fee unless otherwise agreed; you will be responsible for all labs.

Comprehensive Membership
Includes a monthly check-in with our provider and prescription for injectable/topical testosterone therapy to your home, medication cost covered in the fee. Labs required are not included in this fee unless otherwise agreed; you will be responsible for all labs.

TRT - Insurance Membership
We do not take insurance, and none of our services are covered by insurance; however, if you would like to use your insurance for your medication, we have a management membership which includes a monthly check-in telemed with the provider, an electronic prescription for your medication, and follow-up appointments. Currently, only male TRT is eligible.

Weight-Loss Therapy
Oral Weight-loss Membership
Includes a monthly check-in with our provider and prescription for oral weight-loss therapy mailed directly to your house; however, you are responsible for the cost of the medication from the pharmacy. Includes lab review and follow-up appointments to discuss management and changes. Labs required are not coverd by this fee unless otherwise agreed upon, you will be responsible for all labs.

Injectable Weight-loss Membership
Includes a monthly check-in with our provider and prescription for injectable weight-loss therapy mailed directly to your house; however, you are responsible for the cost of the medication, which varies. Includes lab review and follow-up appointments to discuss management and changes. Labs required are not coverd by this fee unless otherwise agreed upon, you will be responsible for all labs.

Thyroid Optimization
Basic Membership
Includes a monthly check-in with our provider and a prescription for oral therapy delivered to your home. Labs required are not included in this fee unless otherwise agreed; you will be responsible for all labs.
There is a cost reduction if coupled with additional hormone therapy.

General Wellness Membership
Basic Membership
This is basically a 'for future use' savings account at the clinic. You pay the monthly membership fee, and it remains in your patient wallet until you are ready for the service or product you want.

We have many male patients on pellet and injectable testosterone therapy however wanted to make it more customized and directed towards our male population.
