The Thyroid is often looked at as "fits in a box" when it comes to labs. We feel that this is not entirely the case. Our Nurse Practitioner sits down with you takes a detailed history, physical exam and orders complete thyroid lab work (which can be done in clinic same day) to develop a diagnosis, treatment plan and recommended therapy.
The Thyroid produces hormones that regulate metabolism, most cellular activity, muscle health such as heart, signals conversion of vitamin's and minerals to assist in weight loss as it relates to insulin regulation as well as your stress hormones response and toleration in the body.

Kenalog or Triamcinolone is a glucocorticoid most widely known as a steroid. Caution strongly against use in patients with diabetes or severe hypertension. Full medical history and medication review is required.
